Pharmaceutical Company Jelfa SA is well- known to our contracting parties, physicians and the patients both in Poland and abroad. We are a modern manufacturer of the pharmaceutical products that belongs to the Sanitas Group. The said Group comprises also Lithuanian company Sanitas and the company situated in Slovakia known as Hoechst-Biotika. As of 23 rd of December, Jelfa SA purchased 100% of shares of Pharmaceutical Laboratory, Homeofarm Sp. z o.o., - a company situated in Gdańsk. Due to the afore-mentioned fact, Jelfa has extended its product portfolio. Now, it includes also such popular and high quality ointments and creams as, for example: Ichthyol Ointment, Clotrimazolum cream and Zinc Ointment.Our head office is situated in Jelenia Góra (http://www.jeleniagora.pl/www/). We also have our office in Warsaw and the agencies in Hungary, Russia, Ukraine and Bulgaria.
We manufacture modern medicinal products saving human life and health. We care about the quality of our preparations and, at the same time, about the environment. Our employees do their best so that our products meet all the international standards, GMP requirements and the requirements set out by the regulatory authorities. We meet the expectations of the dynamic market and successfully compete against other pharmaceutical companies. It has been estimated that every second Pole has our products in their first-aid-kit.
Modern technologies along with traditional solutions are our trump cards. We are a very stable and experienced Company operating for over several dozen years. History of the Company dates back to the 40’s of the XX th century. The Company started its operations over sixty years ago and is still successful. It has transferred from a small plant into the large and modern Company equipped with very modern devices.
The year 1994, when the Company went public, was the breaking point. Since that day, we have been operating under the name Jelfa. In the year 2006, the Company was taken over by Sanitas and became the member of the Group whose mission is to continue the further development.
